Terms of Service

Last updated: July 11, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Alvoro INC website and your engagement with our software development, AI automation, and consulting services.

Services

Alvoro INC provides B2B software development, AI-powered workflow automation, custom application development, system integrations, and related consulting services. Service descriptions on this website are for general informational purposes.

Service Agreements

All professional services are governed by a written agreement, which may take the form of a proposal, statement of work (SOW), invoice with scope description, or separate service contract ("Service Agreement"). In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a signed Service Agreement, the Service Agreement shall prevail.

Proposals and Scope

Project scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees are defined in each Service Agreement. Changes to scope require written agreement from both parties. Starting prices displayed on our website are estimates and not binding offers.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing timely access to necessary information, systems, and stakeholders
  • Reviewing and approving deliverables within agreed timelines
  • Ensuring they have rights to any data, content, or materials provided to us
  • Maintaining backups of their own data and systems

Intellectual Property

Ownership of deliverables, source code, and work product is defined in each Service Agreement. Unless otherwise specified, upon full payment, clients receive ownership or license rights to project deliverables as outlined in the applicable agreement. Pre-existing tools, frameworks, and general methodologies remain our property.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to treat non-public business information shared during engagements as confidential, except as required by law or as necessary to perform the services.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alvoro INC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim related to a specific engagement shall not exceed the fees paid by the client for that engagement.

Website Use

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You may not attempt to interfere with the website's operation, access restricted areas, or use automated systems to scrape content without permission.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
